RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you receive a BARSOUL® item that is damaged, please contact BARSOUL® at info@barsoul.co within 30 days of the invoice date. Kindly provide a photo and explanation of the damage. BARSOUL® will either refund or replace your item at no charge.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item to BARSOUL® within 30 days of the invoice date. Please ensure each item is returned in its original packaging with a note specifying your preference for a return or exchange. No return authorization is needed. Shipping costs will be covered by you.

  • For returns, BARSOUL® will issue a refund minus shipping charges within 7 business days of receiving the item. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
  • If you opt for an exchange, BARSOUL® will send the replacement item within 7 business days, with the customer responsible for shipping costs. If the requested item is unavailable, BARSOUL® will reach out to discuss alternative options or additional wait times.
