INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

Express Shipping ( 10 - 15 Business Days on average, 30 Days maximum)

For LARGE ORDERS, we can offer you more shipping options. Please send us an email, and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Shipping times are based on our best estimates; however, delays can occur during transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm local time will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day. Once it arrives at our international logistics warehouse, it takes an additional 2-3 days before a tracking number is assigned. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. Occasionally, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and holidays may require additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for order processing.

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

 

Why is my order not being delivered within the estimated time?

Shipping estimates are provided by UPS and DHL. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

 

Another reason might be that your order is waiting to be processed at your local customs office. In some cases, especially if the order's value exceeds certain threshold, you might be charged additional customs fees. See below for the FAQ on customs fees.

 

How does international shipping work?

We utilize DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS Express for all international shipments. The average total transit time is 10-15 business days. However, delays can occur during transit or due to holds at your local customs office, which may extend the delivery time.

Taxes, duties, and international processing will be assessed and collected at checkout.

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS Express can deliver to. We will not be liable if they are unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.

 

Why am I being charged additional taxes or fees?

Our prices exclude taxes and duties. You may be charged VAT, CUSTOMS TAX, or other applicable taxes based on your shipping destination by your local government bodies upon arrival in your country. You will be responsible for paying these fees, whether at the local post office, customs office, directly to the delivery courier, or by another method specific to your country.
